Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to maximize engagement and audience growth on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Create and schedule high-impact content, including graphics, videos, and persuasive copy tailored to key conservative audiences.

• Monitor political trends, breaking news, and opposition messaging to ensure rapid, effective responses that keep our organization at the forefront of the conversation.

• Analyze digital metrics to refine content strategy, optimize performance, and drive key campaign goals.

• Coordinate with the communications, fundraising, and political teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic messaging across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and content creation best practices.

• Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, concise, and persuasive messaging.

• Familiarity with right-of-center political issues and the ability to tailor messaging to a conservative audience.

• Basic experience with design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

• A proactive and detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced political environment.

• Experience in political campaigns, digital marketing, or communications is a plus but not required.

Are you passionate about mobilizing conservatives and building a nationwide movement? A right-of-center 501(c)(4) advocacy organization is seeking a Grassroots Director to spearhead grassroots organizing efforts, expand activist engagement, and establish state and local chapters that amplify the organization’s mission. This is a critical role for a driven leader who excels at coalition-building, empowering volunteers, and advancing conservative policies at every level of government.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a national grassroots engagement strategy focused on recruiting, training, and mobilizing activists across key states.

• Establish and manage state and local chapters to ensure a strong, on-the-ground presence for the organization’s advocacy efforts.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with local conservative leaders, organizations, and activists to expand the organization’s influence.

• Provide ongoing support and leadership to state and local chapter leaders, ensuring they have the tools, messaging, and resources needed to be effective.

• Plan and execute advocacy events, including town halls, rallies, training sessions, canvassing initiatives, and issue-based campaigns.

• Develop and distribute educational materials, toolkits, and digital content to equip activists with the knowledge and resources to engage effectively.

• Track and analyze grassroots engagement metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.

• Coordinate closely with the policy, communications, and government affairs teams to align advocacy efforts with broader organizational priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in grassroots organizing, advocacy, or political campaign field operations.

• A strong passion for conservative policy and political activism.

• Proven leadership experience in managing volunteers, organizing events, and launching advocacy initiatives.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate activists.

• A self-starter who can independently manage projects, set priorities, and adapt to fast-moving political environments.

• Experience in establishing and managing state or local political chapters or advocacy groups is a major plus.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized donor engagement strategies to cultivate, steward, and retain major supporters.

• Manage ongoing communication with donors through email, newsletters, personal outreach, and exclusive event invitations.

• Track donor contributions, engagement levels, and interests to ensure tailored outreach and effective stewardship.

• Plan and coordinate donor events, briefings, and fundraising initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.

• Work closely with the finance and development teams to ensure compliance with fundraising best practices and donor tracking systems.
