Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to maximize engagement and audience growth on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

A right-of-center 501(c)(4) advocacy organization is seeking a Grassroots Director to spearhead grassroots organizing efforts, expand activist engagement, and establish state and local chapters that amplify the organization’s mission. This is a critical role for a driven leader who excels at coalition-building, empowering volunteers, and advancing conservative policies at every level of government.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a national grassroots engagement strategy focused on recruiting, training, and mobilizing activists across key states.
Establish and manage state and local chapters to ensure a strong, on-the-ground presence for the organization’s advocacy efforts.
Identify and cultivate relationships with local conservative leaders, organizations, and activists to expand the organization’s influence.
Provide ongoing support and leadership to state and local chapter leaders, ensuring they have the tools, messaging, and resources needed to be effective.
Plan and execute advocacy events, including town halls, rallies, training sessions, canvassing initiatives, and issue-based campaigns.

Develop and implement personalized donor engagement strategies to cultivate, steward, and retain major supporters.
Manage ongoing communication with donors through email, newsletters, personal outreach, and exclusive event invitations.
Track donor contributions, engagement levels, and interests to ensure tailored outreach and effective stewardship.
Plan and coordinate donor events, briefings, and fundraising initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
